Objectives of this course

On completion of this CPD activity, the participant will be able to:

  • Define the terms “work disability”, “work reintegration” and “disability claims management”.
  • Describe the role players in the disability claims management pathway and their functions in the rehabilitation and work reintegration stage.
  • Elaborate on the factors that may facilitate or restrict rehabilitation and work reintegration during the disability claims management process.
  • Discuss the best practice principles required for insurance disability management during the rehabilitation and work reintegration stages.
