• Completion of the course evaluation is an HPCSA requirement. Your feedback is essential for quality monitoring and speaker improvement.
• Once you mark the evaluation and all the course steps complete, you can download, save, or print your CEU certificate.

Course Recording:

• The session recording will be available 7–10 days after the live course in your course profile.

HPCSA Compliance:

• Your attendance will be submitted directly to HPCSA—no action needed on your part.
• We recommend keeping a copy of your certificate for your records. It will also be stored in your profile for 12 months future reference.
• Ensure your HPCSA number is correctly entered in “My Account” (without spaces). Incorrect numbers will not upload to their system.
