To transform Occupational Therapy practice in the South African context through innovative, evidence-based workshops with rich discussions and sharing of clinical experience.
The OT LINK is a link between the evidence out there and your OT practice. We aim to breathe new life into your OT practice and facilitate growth in therapists of all levels, experience and across all fields of practice.
Our courses are designed according to the needs and requests of OTs in any field. Importance is placed on selecting good quality, relevant research articles, experienced speakers, and a large variety of topics.
Great format to do CPD... excellent topics, interesting, evidence-based information, practical discussion and interactive sessions. Affordable in both time and cost. Thank you! Filling an important gap for us all! Really enjoy your events!

The course was fantastic in getting to know how best to brand or market your practice. As a clinician, it is often difficult to have the 'Business owner' hat on as well - but it is so important. This course gave me many ideas regarding marketing, planning and advertising. All these things seemed daunting before the course. But are now more manageable afterwards. .

It helped me so much as a comm serv who was just trying to keep her head above water and understand all the forms. And it's still helping me now that I'm working at a paeds practice and seeing children in schools. My aha moment was when all the bits and pieces I'd being trying to "learn as I go" clicked into place and I saw the school based assessment process as 1 big picture.
Really valuable course (Goal Attainment Scaling Workshop)! I'm looking forward to getting more specific and measurable in my approach to client goals - moving beyond just the SMART goal approach to something that will underscore and quantify the value of the OT work I do. We need more therapists to do the same!
Using motivational interviewing strategies with a client with chronic pain- When a specific question was asked, I could see how it triggered them to think about their pain and the impact of their pain differently. The conversation shifted from "I can't do XYZ" to "I can try doing it this/that way".
