Objectives of this course

On completion of this CPD activity, the participant will be able to:

  1. Identify and evaluate the challenges and opportunities in stroke rehabilitation, with an emphasis on the importance of standardized timing for rehabilitation initiation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and access to services.
  2. Understand the role of new technologies and advancements, such as wearable devices, neuroplasticity-based interventions, and assistive technologies, in enhancing stroke rehabilitation outcomes and functional recovery.
  3. Apply a multidisciplinary approach in stroke rehabilitation, integrating various healthcare professionals and personalized treatment strategies to optimize care and improve stroke survivor outcomes.
