Objectives of this course

- Assess CKD’s impact on employment – Recognize work limitations, disability benefits, and adjustments needed.
- Explore workplace support strategies – Identify accommodations and vocational rehabilitation for CKD patients.
- Apply findings to OT practice – Develop interventions to support work participation and work-life balance
