Using motivational interviewing strategies with a client with chronic pain- When a specific question was asked, I could see how it triggered them to think about their pain and the impact of their pain differently. The conversation shifted from "I can't do XYZ" to "I can try doing it this/that way".

And it's still helping me now that I'm working at a paeds practice and seeing children in schools.
