Objectives of this course

On completion of this CPD activity, the participant will be able to:

  • Understand the principles of ethical billing practices and ensure transparency and fairness in healthcare service charges.
  • Learn how to effectively communicate costs and obtain informed financial consent from patients prior to service delivery.
  • Gain knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws in billing practices in South Africa.
