After the course, please log into your profile on the OT Link website and access your My Course Profile.
The course will be loaded on your profile. It will contain the course quiz and course evaluation.
Please complete the course evaluation which will be accessible after the course on 27 May 2021. This is an HPCSA requirement of all courses. Your feedback is important in monitoring the quality of this learning activity and providing the speaker with feedback on how to improve or extend this workshop.
The quiz will also be loaded on the day of the course (27 May 2021) and you will be able to complete it immediately after the course. Be sure to check your answers before you submit them. You have a maximum of three attempts to achieve 70% or more in the quiz in order to qualify for the CEUs.
Please mark the quiz and the evaluation complete and you will then be able to download, save or print your CEU certificate.
