Objectives of this course

On completion of this CPD activity, the participant will be able to:

  • Define the term “therapeutic adherence”.
  • Discuss the subjective and psychological factors influencing therapeutic adherence in older adults.
  • Identify key barriers and facilitators to therapeutic adherence in older adults.
  • Apply the study’s findings in clinical practice to enhance therapeutic adherence among older adults.
